1. Monolithic non-insulated fireproof glass

Monolithic non-insulated fireproof glass was originally called cesium potassium fireproof glass. It is a single-layer glass tempered by spraying cesium potassium solution. The single piece can meet the corresponding fire resistance level, fire integrity, and will not be damaged within the guaranteed fire level time, so as to prevent the spread of harmful gases such as flame and smoke. This product does not have heat insulation and can only be used as fire-resistant glass.

2. High boron potassium fireproof glass

It uses the ion infiltration method to make a new process, using the original ordinary glass, the thermal properties at 100 degrees Celsius, and immersing the cut and edged glass in the prepared boron potassium solution. Boron potassium ions and sodium ions are replaced by micropores generated by glass expansion during heating, and then cleaned and tempered. During tempering and quenching, boron-potassium ions are infiltrated with boron-potassium ions at 600 degrees Celsius, which increases the stress value of the tempered glass and changes its chemical properties. The product performance is stable, and the investment is small, the cost is low, the production volume is large, and it is easy to promote and use.

3. Wire-clamped fire-resistant glass

Wired fire-resistant glass is a kind of flat glass inlaid with metal wire mesh in the original glass. It is generally produced by calendering method. The preheated wire mesh is embedded in the glass while the glass semi-bulk enters the press. The surface of the glass is embossed, or the glass color such as matt can be colored or colorless; there is a metal wire glass burst in the middle of the wire fireproof glass, and the metal wire in the middle is connected together, which can also play the role of fire and smoke resistance; In classification, it can also be used as a single piece of non-insulated fireproof glass, but the fire resistance time is generally within 60 minutes, and the glass will fall and catch fire if it exceeds 60 minutes.

4. Composite thermal insulation fireproof glass

The composite fireproof glass is transparent and can block heat radiation, smoke and flame spread and heat insulation fireproof glass, and can maintain integrity and heat insulation in the specified fire resistance test.

Composite glass is to pour flame-retardant gel between two or more pieces of glass according to the fire resistance time. This gel decomposes when it encounters high temperature, can absorb a large amount of heat energy and become an opaque heat insulation layer. It can keep for a long time without bursting, can cut off the spread of flame, and when heated, the gel produces a non-toxic water layer, which has the function of extinguishing fire.
