The vacuum degree is better than 0.1Pa, and its working principle is the same as that of the glass thermos, so that the gas heat conduction and heat convection passing through the gap are close to zero. The cavity of insulating glass is generally filled with dry air or inert gas, so its thermal insulation ability is far less than that of vacuum glass, but it is worse than vacuum glass. In addition, vacuum glass is also suitable for installation in low-pressure environments, such as train windows running on plateaus, which is safer than insulating glass and does not crack.
